Margaret Gilmore, our Deputy Chair, delivered a speech at the Society for Reproduction and Fertility in Manchester to mark to the 40th anniversary of the birth of Louise Brown.
In her speech she recalled her time as a journalist covering the Birth of Louise Brown and recounts how far IVF treatment has come in that space of time, and the difficulties and achievements it took to get to where we are now.
